Dreaming Cow Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
-2 tsp. minced garlic
-2 tbsp. flour
-1 c. chicken broth
-1/4 c. milk
-1/2 c. Dreaming Cow Plain yogurt
-1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium. Once the pan is hot, add garlic and stir until golden brown. Whisk in flour and continue to cook for another minute. Slowly mix in chicken broth, then milk, then greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat to low and continue to let simmer until sauce begins to thicken. Serve with pasta, quinoa or however you wish
